The company holds a complete, independent intellectual-property system, having filed a cumulative 130 invention patents and 2 utility-model patents, of which 47 invention patents and 2 utility-model patents have been granted. Its testing center is equipped with more than 180 sets of testing equipment and houses an Academician Expert Workstation, providing solid support for innovation and product development. In 2025, Original Advanced Materials and the Yangtze River Delta National Innovation Center jointly established the NICE-Original Joint Innovation Center, adopting an enterprise-defined-challenges, joint-research model that integrates regional research institutes, universities and enterprises to accelerate the industrialization of technological achievements. The company also joined the third-generation nuclear-power Guohe One (CAP1400) industrial-chain alliance.
