R&D Engineer

  1. Polymer Materials Science & Engineering or related field, Master's degree or above;
  2. Strong organizational, teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills; highly motivated;
  3. Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing; outstanding fresh graduates also considered;
  4. Proficient in at least one foreign language, with preference for English fluency.

Assistant R&D Engineer

  1. Polymer Materials Science & Engineering or related field, Bachelor's degree;
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing; outstanding fresh graduates also considered;
  3. Enthusiastic, communicative, organized, analytical, driven, execution-oriented and eager to learn.

Sales Engineer

  1. Associate's degree or above (Wire & Cable or Polymer Materials preferred);
  2. Class C1 driver's license preferred;
  3. Minimum 5 years of management or 3 years of sales/marketing experience;
  4. Familiar with marketing, product trends; strong market analysis and promotion capabilities;
  5. Strong teamwork, coordination and problem-solving skills; highly motivated.

Process Equipment Engineer

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Science/Engineering; Chemical Engineering preferred;
  2. Minimum 3 years in manufacturing; experience in coating process design/optimization preferred;
  3. Strong writing, communication, coordination, problem-solving, and execution skills;
  4. Proficient in reading and writing English technical documents and literature.
